1.  BOOKING PROCEDURE

a.  Massage:  The first session will last approximately 2 hours to include a full consultation, therafter each session will last approximately 1.5 hours.

b.  Reiki:  The first session will last approximately 1.5 hours and will include brief history, thereafter each session will last approximately 1 hour.

c.  Permission from your veterinary surgeon is required prior to any work being undertaken. 

d.  We travel throughout the UK and Ireland and are happy to visit you at a location of your choice, at a date and time convenient to you.

 

2.  FEES

a.  A call out fee of £30.00 applies for each visit

b.  Reiki £30.00 per hour per animal, Massage £40.00 per hour per animal.

c.  Locations outside 100 mile radius of Birmingham will be charged an additional 35p per mile.

 

3.  CANCELLATION POLICY

a.  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation, this is required by:
